1. Do you work with EHRs other than Cerner/Oracle Health Millennium?
Yes, we can support you if you are using another EHR technology, however, we are specialists in Cerner/Oracle Health Millennium.
2. Would we have one contact or work with your team?
Upon taking a brief from you, we’d work out an arrangement that best suits your needs. Whether it’s one or more people working with you, they will be fully briefed of your requirements and your organization, and will have the capacity to support you.
3. How much do you cost?
We don’t have a fixed price for our support as it depends on a number of factors. As soon as we have been briefed by you on what you need, we will draw up a quotation either for a one off project fee or a monthly retainer.
4. Would you work from our office?
No we operate remotely, providing support as and when you need it.
5. We don't have an EHR yet. Do you support in choosing the right system and onboarding?
